Steven Sager has been practicing law since 1989 and has an extensive real estate background in development, financing and security enforcement. He spends a great deal of time assisting developers and entrepreneurs in the acquisition, financing and development of commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality and retail properties. The banking side of his practice includes: secured loans, construction financing, subordinated and commercial lending with a specialty in the financing of hospitality properties. He is also involved regularly in the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial properties.
Steven has many years of successful experience in assisting foreign corporations with the establishment of a Canadian presence. He represents many public and private American companies with various interests throughout Canada. His numerous contacts in the Canadian business and banking industries allows for the smooth and efficient expansion of American corporations into the Canadian marketplace.
He acts as counsel to numerous non-profit and charitable organizations and lectures regularly on various aspects of real estate and commercial law. Steven was raised and remains in Toronto with his wife and two children. He dedicates most of his down time to the coaching of minor hockey.
