Kevin Refah joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate Commercial Group after completing his articles at a large Bay Street business law firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and received a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University.
Kevin has a general corporate and commercial practice, and has been involved in a number of significant mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations involving public and private companies.
Kevin advises domestic and international clients with respect to the incorporation, organization and restructuring of their companies. He assists clients with the acquisition and divestiture of shares and assets, the drafting of shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements as well as a wide range of commercial agreements. Kevin also acts as counsel for institutional lenders and borrowers in debt financing transactions.
