Kevin G. Bateman obtained his Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Western Ontario and he was called to the Bar in 1989.
His practice focuses on wills and estates, real estate planning and preparation of wills and powers of attorney. He assists in all aspects of estate administration from obtaining probate to settlement of the estate. He has experience in assisting the families of people who have special needs and their particular concerns. His real estate practice includes acting on purchases, sales and financing of both commercial and residential properties. He also assists clients with the purchase and sale of businesses as well as their general corporate requirements.
