Iryna obtained her law degree from Queens University, her Masters in Law from Osgoode Hall and her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Concordia University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. Prior to joining Macdonald Sager Manis, Iryna returned to private practice from the Toronto Dominion Bank where she was employed as a lawyer for TD Securities.

Iryna practices business law and entertainment law. She provides a broad range of legal services for individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and private or public companies in the areas of corporate, commercial, finance and entertainment law. Iryna advises on business issues including start-ups, contracts, partnerships, stakeholders, joint ventures, purchase and sale of businesses, corporate structuring, finance and commercial leases.

In the entertainment industry, Iryna has worked in film and television bringing bankers, financiers, producers and talent together. She has consulted on contractual, IP, production and financing issues as well as risk management for a film bonding company in Toronto and Los Angeles. Iryna advises on entertainment law matters for producers, performers, talent, production/media companies, digital and conventional media professionals, writers and visual artists.
In her spare time, Iryna is a practising artist who has exhibited her work in Toronto and New York City.
